We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Compliance Support Officer to join our growing compliance team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in cyber security and compliance—no prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers stay secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage customer compliance-related queries through our ticketing system.
- Provide support to our assessors in the delivery of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments.
- Ensure tickets are triaged, updated, and resolved in line with SLAs.
- Assist with drafting customer-facing documentation and FAQs.
- Help customers understand requirements and next steps in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support internal compliance initiatives and process improvements.
About You
- A keen interest in cyber security and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your workload effectively.
- Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
No formal qualifications or previous experience in cyber security or compliance are required—we’re looking for potential, not perfection!
