Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our UK team at Cybaverse. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and identifying strategic opportunities, with a specific emphasis on fostering key relationships within partner and channel networks. This role plays a crucial part in our continued success in delivering bespoke cybersecurity services.

Sales and Partner/Channel-focused Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing clients.

2. Partner/Channel Relationship Building:

- Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and market reach.

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and channels.

3. Collaboration with Partners/Channels:

- Work closely with partners and channels to create joint sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

- Provide training and support to partners, ensuring alignment with Cybaverse goals.

4. Market Expansion:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK cybersecurity market through partners and channels.

- Collaborate with the sales team to penetrate new market segments effectively.

5. Proposal Development:

- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with clients and partners.

- Tailor sales materials to showcase Cybaverse's strengths and unique offerings.


Additional Benefits:

- Salary Range: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, 5-10% on revenue commission

- Holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

- Work Arrangements: Hybrid working model, 3 days Chichester/London Office, 2 days remote

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets within the UK market.

- Strong understanding of cyber security trends and client needs in the UK.

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships within partner and channel networks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client and partner relationships.

- Strategic thinker with a sales-driven mindset.
