Mark Culbert
An accomplished Managing Director with over 28 years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation, Mark joins CybaVerse’s board as a Non-Executive Director. In 2006, he co-founded iLaw and now leads the firm’s litigation team, specialising in intellectual property, film, media, and technology disputes.
Mark has represented multiple corporate clients in one of London’s largest disputes and brings diverse experience from serving on the board of an AIM-listed mineral exploration company, partnering in a cyber security business, and acting as a client-appointed Director of a recruitment firm. His multifaceted perspective will be invaluable as he provides essential legal guidance to support CybaVerse’s growth and operational success.
For over 20 years, Mark served as Chairman of the IT Disputes Group of the Society for Computers & Law. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, an ADR Group Accredited Mediator, and an Associate Member of the Australian Risk Policy Institute. His extensive background includes executing search and seizure orders and acting as a Court-appointed supervising solicitor.
