The CybaVerse journey began as a boutique security consultancy, working closely with businesses that needed expert guidance and support. As the challenges grew, so did the ambition.

What began as specialist support evolved into a full operational capability, and ultimately into CybaOps, our unified platform designed to give every organisation the same clarity, speed, and control that high-performing security teams rely on.

Our mission is simple: to simplify and scale cyber security by combining AI, automation and expert-led services, to give every organisation the power to protect, detect, and respond at pace.

The Journey

2018 - The Beginning
Company founded by Oliver Spence and Gemma Blake.
2020 - North Star
After starting out as a cyber consultancy company, we made the transition to North Star Cyber Security.
2022 - Rebrand
We rebranded and CybaVerse arrived. Our service offering were bolstered and we evolved into more than just a consultancy, with our own in house MSSP.
2024 - Investment
We launched CybaVerse AI, our first cyber security management platform, supported by seed investment that accelerated its development.
2025 - Growth
SecureAck joins CybaVerse, strengthening our mission to build a smarter, stronger platform. We secured £5 million in Series A funding, and CybaOps is born.
