She began her career as a marketing assistant with a national law firm, where she earned her Level 3 marketing qualification while excelling in her role. Now pursuing her Level 4 CIM certification, Courtney ensures the smooth operation of our marketing department. She works closely with our sales team to coordinate timely responses to client inquiries, further building on seamless communication and efficient service.

With the addition of CybaVerse AI to our services, Courtney works closely with the product team to develop marketing strategies for new platform features and upcoming developments. Her primary goal is to boost brand visibility and drive targeted engagement through data-driven strategies. By carefully analysing campaign metrics, she fine-tunes our outreach efforts and ensures a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Life outside of CybaVerse for Courtney usually involves weekends watching Portsmouth FC or fitting in a good run. She also loves travelling with her partner or spending time with her young cat, Jupiter.
